General Comments About the Boat:

Price reduced over $100,000! Owners motivated to sell! What a showpiece! Extensive refit and upgrades bring the MING HAI up to excellent yacht standards and make her truly one of a kind. The result was so impressive that MING HAI was featured as an Extreme Houseboat on the Travel Channel. Traditionally, junk ships were sturdy vessels built to sail long distances. The classic hull design is recognized by the flat raised transom supporting a high poop deck. The structure and flexibility of junk sails make the junk fast and easily controlled. The MING HAI is built of teak hardwoods, with intricate hand carvings. She has been given a beautiful modern interior with many upgrades, while retaining the unique details that reflect the Oriental nature of the traditional Junk. She is ready to set sail, and awaiting a new owner that will appreciate such a magnificent vessel. She will absolutely turns heads in every port she visits!
