General Comments About the Boat:

December price reduction of $15,000 owner motivated to sell!

This spacious cutter rigged cruising sailboat lives up the Island Packet reputation of being a sea kindly solidly built vessel. The current owner has continually upgraded and cared for this vessel including adding a new Force 10 Stove, a new large DC Seafrost refrigeration system along with a 270 watt solar panel to mention a few. See full specs for a complete list of recent upgrades.

The current owner truly enjoyed sailing this vessel which is evident when you see her in person. If you are looking for a capable, well maintained, sailboat that can be easily sailed by a couple with enough space to sleep 6 adults you owe it you yourself to take a close look at this Island Packet.

Accomodations & Layout:

The interior has two large private staterooms fore and aft. The forward cabin has a spacious Pullman berth to starboard (with additional storage under the berth), to port you will find an aft facing seat along with a cedar lined hanging locker, drawers, and book shelves. Going aft on the starboard side is the head with a large wrap-around counter, lots of cabinets and a shower with a contoured seat and curtain. Next we enter the salon which has port and starboard settees, with storage under each. The starboard L-shaped settee converts to a double berth. The bulkhead mounted dining table easily opens to provide a large table usable from both settees, and has a bottle and glass rack storage on the bulkhead. The aft facing nav station is at the end of the port settee. Next is the aft stateroom which sleeps two and has a hanging locker, drawers, shelves and plenty of ventilation. To starboard is a well designed U-shaped galley with a deep double sink, microwave, three burner stove with oven, and large refrigerator, along with ample storage for all of your galley necessities. The interior has a teak and holly sole throughout. There are six overhead hatches, three dorades and eleven stainless steel opening ports.
